Recently,Vietnam’s General Administration of Customs cracked the largest false case of commercial export in history, involving a total amount of 4.3 billion US dollars, which occurred in Touton port, Vietnam.

It is reported that the 4.3 billion USD products are aluminum products waiting to be sent to the United States!

The general director of Vietnam customs stressed that ” an enterprise with technology and production capacity imports Chinese aluminum profiles and the semi-finished products are sent to the United States and other countries, because the tax rate difference is too large. If the Vietnamese products are sent to the United States, only about 15% of the taxes are required; if the Chinese products, the taxes will be as high as 374%.”

The head of Customs said that because of the temptation of huge profits caused by tax rate differences, the enterprises in Touton area recently imported billions of dollars of aluminum products.

According to Vietnam customs, at present, 10 containers with bicycles are seized by Pingyang customs. Almost 100% of the products are imported from abroad, and even the labels are pasted abroad. They are only pulled to Vietnam for assembly and then exported.

More clothing, shoes and hats, mobile phone accessories and other products are made in China, but they have been labeled in Vietnam to make profits in the mainland of Vietnam. These goods are being temporarily detained and investigated by the customs of Haiphong, Ho Chi Minh, Pingyang, tongnai and other places.
